These moments could be anything from private jokes, pulling funny faces or certain conversations that you remember well. It could be the more tender moments of having someone hug you when you are sad, hold your hand, being a shoulder to cry on or be the person who is always there for you. It could even be someone asking you if you are alright and if you need someone to help you or talk to you.
I have had small but significant moments in the last week. I have happy memories of Saturday nights dancing around the kitchen with my Mum and Nanny, listening to old records. The other night I felt sad so Mum and I sat in her room and talked while listening to classic 80s and 90s music. It brought back good memories. Also we have been having such good weather here in England, which means that the family have been able to sit outside in the garden in the evening. I like sitting outside on nice warm summer evenings with family because we all sit together and talk. I think it is important to make time for family.
Sometimes when life is busy and confusing you need to slow down and take a break. We need to try to remember the moments when we were really happy and that there are people out there who care about us.
