Recently I have had a great urge to pick up running. Not for a physical health reason but for a way for me to process my thoughts. To stop my mind racing I thought I'd start running to control it. Just put my headphones in and follow the local scenic footpath. Got to make the most of this weather we've been fortunate to have somehow.
We all have moments where we want to run from our thoughts, so I have decided to run with them. I'll be able to calmly process them as I take in the world around me, rather that sitting and dwelling with no real perspective.
